All producers are required to fill out a grain declaration for all grain delivered to Lockie Farms, the the EXCEPTION of Corn and Soybeans.
This declaration states that you, as a Producer are growing grain from certified Canadian seed that is certified for etible consumption.

Before or at the time of delivery you will be required to fill out this form for all grain (except Corn and Soybeans) that is delivered into the elevator. If this is not filled out, as per the CGC we are required to grade it a grade 5 (feed) designation.
